Thrive Partnerships
Thrive partners with leaders in two primary ways—depending on whether the challenge is a specific initiative that needs to land well, or the ongoing leadership and operations work required to support execution over time.
Both engagements are grounded in the same belief:
execution only holds when leadership behavior and operating systems are reinforced together.
Many leaders begin with a Direction Intensive, then continue into an ongoing partnership to help direction hold as execution unfolds.
Direction Intensive
A short-term partnership to set direction your team can actually run with
This engagement is designed for leaders who need clarity and alignment around a specific initiative before moving into execution. It combines Phase 1 (Ideation) and Phase 2 (High-Level Strategy) of the Thrive Execution Model into a focused process we call the Direction Intensive.
It’s often the right fit when:
a new initiative, program, or offering needs to be launched
priorities feel unclear or fragmented across teams
leaders want alignment before asking teams to execute
execution has stalled because direction isn’t landing clearly
This process helps you clarify direction and shape the high-level strategy your team can build from—with confidence and clarity.
-
This partnership focuses on helping you move from ideas to direction, and from direction to strategy before execution begins.
Specifically, we help you:
Clarify the vision and purpose of your initiative
Decide what you’re committing to (and what you’re not)
Identify your target audience and outcomes
Define non-negotiables and boundaries
Clarify ownership and decision authority
Translate direction into a high-level approach that can guide the work ahead
This doesn’t jump straight into execution planning. It creates the strategic foundation that makes execution possible and reliable.
-
By the end of the Direction & Strategy Partnership, you’ll have:
A clear, finalized direction that everyone can understand
Defined priorities and non-negotiables
Clarity around ownership and decision authority
A Direction Guide you can share with your team
A high-level strategic approach to guide implementation
Confidence to move forward without confusion or drift
This isn’t just clarity — it’s a working direction you can put into action.

Format & Investment
Format: Private, high-touch intensive
Timing: One full day (or equivalent split sessions)
Participants: Leader + select stakeholders, if helpful
Investment: Initiative engagements typically range from $2,000–$7,500, depending on scope, complexity, and leadership involvement.
Leadership & Operations Partnership
Ongoing partnership for sustained direction and execution
The Leadership & Operations Partnership is a long-term, high-trust engagement designed to help leaders keep direction clear once the work starts.
Where the Direction Intensive focuses on clarifying direction before execution, this partnership focuses on reinforcing direction as real work, pressure, and complexity show up.
This work is for moments when:
Direction was clear at the start, but execution drifts over time
Good decisions lose force once things get busy
Accountability depends too much on your presence
You’re stepping back in more often than you want to
You want direction to hold without constant correction
This is not outsourced operations or productivity support.
It’s an embedded partnership centered on reinforcing direction until it becomes normal.
-
During the Leadership & Operations Partnership, we work together to:
Reinforce direction as work unfolds—not just at kickoff
Notice where direction is being interpreted differently
Support leaders in when and how to clarify, correct, and course-adjust
Strengthen ownership, accountability, and decision-making rhythms
Identify drift early—before it turns into rework or escalation
The focus stays close to real decisions, real work, and real constraints.
The goal is simple:
to help direction stay clear and actionable without everything running back through you. -
Over the course of the partnership, leaders experience:
Direction that stays clear beyond meetings and plans
Fewer escalations and less rework caused by misinterpretation
Teams making better decisions without constant checking
Accountability that doesn’t rely on your presence
Leadership intervention that is earlier, lighter, and more effective
This work helps execution become more stable and consistent—without leaders pulling harder or stepping in more.
-
Format: Ongoing leadership and operations partnership
Cadence: Regular touchpoints and in-the-work support
Commitment: 6-month minimum
Investment: Starting at $5,000 per monthThe structure is intentionally flexible so the work can respond to what’s actually happening—not just what was planned.e
Some leaders start with a focused initiative to get direction clear, then continue into an ongoing partnership to help that direction hold.
Others know they need consistent support from the start.
The right entry point depends on what you’re navigating right now—not on committing to more than you need.
If you’re unsure which path makes sense, that’s something we figure out together.
